The original is probably this.
The person pictured is Australian broadcaster Alan Jones. He once ran for politics for the Country Party; hence the sign. (The Country Party have since changed their name to 'The National Party'.)
A related story has one Australian member of Parliament for the Country Party harranguing others with a tedious speech, hammering home his points by shouting:
"I'm a COUNTRY MEMBER!"
To which stock phrase, it is said, members of parliament would shout in turn:
"Yes, we remember!"
Perhaps a reason for the name change!
